Amerit Consulting is Hiring an Admin Assistant (Part-time role) Near Alpharetta, GA

Position: Admin Assistant (Part-time role)

Location: Alpharetta, GA

Duration: 6 months Contract with high possibility of extension!!!

Pay rate: $25/ hr

Note:

•* *Tentative schedule work hours: 20 hours a week (4 hours a day, 5 days a week). In between the hours of 9-3 Eastern time (but we can be flexible)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsible for providing administrative and clerical support for department managers and/ or staff. May take and deliver messages, provide information to callers, set up and maintain files, and utilize software. Assists in the preparation of reports, graphs, and presentations using spreadsheet, graphic software, and/ or database applications. Acts as an information source on organization policies and procedures. May assist in and coordinate special projects and department activities. May be assigned in various functional areas of the company. Works on assignments that are semi-routine in nature where ability to recognize deviation from accepted practice is required. Normally receives general instructions on routine work, detailed instructions on new assignments.

  • 2 years of experience admin support service
  • Responsible for one or more of these activities: Intake/triage outlook email requests from internal customers. Use office systems to input data, generate reports, complete ad-hoc projects, and respond to inquiries. Verification and validation of data and records completed by internal customers.
  • Self-starter
  • Self-motivated
  • Follow through/follow up - making sure the issue(s) is completed or resolved
  • Detail oriented
  • Outlook knowledge required.
  • Excel and SharePoint skills preferred

Job Type: Contract

Pay: Up to $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
